Set in the beautiful Boekenhoutskloof hills a mere 24 kilometers north east of Pretorai/Tshwane, the Hayward’s Safari Sanctuary offers a gastronomic 5-hour dining experience in 5-star safari style reminiscent of an era gone by when explorers and traders traversed the African hinterland in search of adventure.
Amidst herds of zebra, giraffe and wildebeest, dining is offered either in the Spice House (for groups of 8-12 maximum) or under canvass in the famous Hayward’s Gin Tent, or under the African night sky around the adjoining Oasis (minimum group size 40 persons, maximum 150) to the sounds of hyena and jackals and the distant roar of lions.
Entertainment can be arranged – from full orchestra to African Big band sounds for an Out of Africa experience like never before.
