It has always been my policy to be open and frank with our supportive agents when it appears other agents are also quoting on the same safari event.

To avoid duplication (and because we can) we have guided our esteemed agents to present Hayward Grand Safari Company in a unique way and unique location so that our offer lands on their clients desk in a very different way to anyone else.

Furthermore in an effort to ensure our loyalty to our agents is unquestionable, we will contractually recognise their introduction of a client and pay them their fees should a client approach us for a safari camp in years to come.

I put a huge significance on supplier loyalty and collaboration and have over the years built up a significant database of outstanding key suppliers and sales agents promoting our safari services. We go the extra mile on these relationships and our track record has stood the test of time, that’s for sure.

Of course the age old battle between brand loyalty and price seems to smudge the lines and it can become extremely disheartening when your safari events presented on the world stage wins the highest accolades and awards yet a seemingly cheaper product in the market (often deceptively quoted) gets preference on the odd quote.

However, that’s life in the fast lane of the safari world and you’re only as good as the last job you delivered, as you are aware. And one thing we love to do is to deliver BEYOND EXPECTATION. Our most recent safari achieved a 9.8/10 across 22 points of Guest Satisfaction Rating.

Wow! That was achieved because of flawless communication and instructions with the in-house agent and a client getting exactly what we promised…and more.

This makes our Grand Safari Service an absolute pleasure to deliver with resultant guests in total admiration for our safari services.
