For a retiring Chairman of the Board, we custom planned each 8-course menu down to the last wine, whiskey and cigar pairing. For a corporate executive committee, we combined conferencing during the day with game-viewing and team activities and we have hosted a South African celebrity wedding which was televised for a top luxury entertainment show where the bride arrived by helicopter.
